You have 30 days after receiving your product to make a return at your own cost. There will be no restocking fees.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER:
As we strive to deliver goods to our customers as quickly as possible, we begin preparing your order for shipment immediately after it’s placed. For this reason, we cannot accept any cancellation requests once the order has been placed. We appreciate your understanding.
PRODUCT NEVER ARRIVED:
Our estimated shipping time is 3-7 days, not including preparation and handling, which takes 1-3 days. If your product hasn’t arrived within 10 days, please allow up to a maximum of 15 days due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, mail delays, or customs. If the product has not arrived after 20 days, we will issue a 100% refund immediately.
DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL:
If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support at Support@coffeetechhub.com. After verification and confirmation, you will have two options: we can either send you a new product or offer you a 100% refund.
DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN AFTER USE:
If your product becomes defective or breaks within 30 days of arrival, please contact us. You can return the product at your expense, and we will issue a store credit equivalent to the full amount, allowing you to reorder a new product.
CHANGE OF MIND:
You have 30 days from receipt of your product to return it. To initiate a return, contact us at Support@coffeetechhub.com, and we will provide the return address. Please note that we only accept returns for products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
EXCHANGE:
If you wish to exchange your product, you have 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The exchange will be at your expense. Contact our support team at Support@coffeetechhub.com to begin the process.
WRONG PRODUCT:
If you received the wrong product, you have 30 days to return it at your expense, and we will issue a 100% refund.
