In 2016, two of the biggest video game franchises, Pokémon and Super Mario Bros., teamed up for an XY-P Promotional set of cards featuring Pikachu dressed up as Mario and Luigi. Both Mario Pikachu and Luigi Pikachu were released in regular and full art cards, and offered here is Luigi Pikachu 296! The adorably mustached Luigichu full artwork was done by Kouki Saitou. This card was available in the Luigi Pikachu Special Box, which was released on October 29th, 2016 and contained card sleeves, a deck case, a card box, and the 2 Luigi Pikachu promo cards. PSA has certified 1,592 copies earning a Gem Mint 10 grade.
