Warranty and Return Period
Our products come with a 30-day warranty, starting from the date you receive your order. If you do not fall in love with our products, you may return them for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@dacardworlds.com within this 30-day period.

Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that items returned in a dirty, broken, damaged, or stained condition will not qualify for a refund. Additionally, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and these shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Process
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Returned products will not be sent out again. Every customer will receive brand-new items. If you need to make any amendments or cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Refund Procedure

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will either ship out a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund for your item. Please note that this policy does not cover orders with an incorrect shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Dacardworlds.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery, including the date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details, so that you can investigate further.

Exchanges
