Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that items returned in a dirty, broken, damaged, or stained condition will not qualify for a refund. Additionally, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and these shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Process
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Returned products will not be sent out again. Every customer will receive brand-new items.
